Ryan Neil’s “Unbridled” Show @pdxjapanesegdn

I got the chance to attend the first day of Ryan Neil’s new bonsai show at the Portland Japanese Garden. At Bonsai Mirai I spoke with Ryan about the show for a few minutes to get his thoughts. The show is inside the Japanese Garden and runs now through June 19th, 2016. It contains 5 displays which will be switched out mid-way through the run to refresh the trees, allowing visitors that see both halves to enjoy ten of Ryan’s most impressive creations.

There has already been some discussion on Instagram and other social media outlets regarding the structures that Ryan created, so rather than fumble around in the dark let’s hear what Ryan has to say about it.
